Our Housing management department supports all clients living in shared accommodation, which has been provided by housing associations. As with any shared accommodation agreements, the occupants are responsible for the maintenance of the communal areas through their tenancy agreements.
 

Our housing management department supports all our clients with this maintenance, from the purchasing of a new kettle right through to building works. All of our housing management staff are trained to encourage clients to make their own decisions at all times providing a single point of contact giving clients a consistent reliable service.
